There are a few things you will need to provide:

  1. Hosting account login info. If you do not have a web hosting account we recommend Bluehost. Check out the Web Hosting page for more info. Of course, you will need a domain name (ie. mywebsite.com) and Bluehost provides a FREE domain name will all hosting packages.
  2. Email address for the site. We can setup an email account for your domain such as [email protected] or whatever you want.
  3. Any pics you want us to use on your site such as a pic of yourself, logo, etc. We can also create a logo for you.
  4. Any info such as “About Me”, testimonials, social profile links, etc.

We use RealtyPress for MLS/DDE integration. A one year subscription is included in our pricing. After one year you will have to renew you RealtyPress subscription, usually with a 30% discount. That’s it!

Yes you can! Your site admin includes a section to manage all your listing and even create custom listings.

Depending on our workload, we can usually have you up and running within one week once we have everything we need from you. See FAQ #1.

Your website is CMS-based (Content Management System) which includes a backend admin system where you can edit the content of your site.
